The agreement between you and Safe AI Labs Pty Ltd when you use the API.
The service
Safe AI Labs gives you API access to hosted models in the region you choose. Capacity varies and a region may be unable to take a request. When that happens the request fails with a retry time and is not sent anywhere else. We make no uptime promise.
Credits
Credits are bought in USD through Stripe, $10 minimum. They never expire. They are not refundable except where the law requires it.
Prices are per 1M tokens and are listed on the models table. They can change. A change is posted on the site before it applies.
Your account
Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for every request made with your keys, whoever made it. Revoke a key as soon as you think it has leaked.
One workspace per company. Add the people who need access as members instead of sharing a sign-in.
Acceptable use
Do not send unlawful content. Do not try to reach another customer's data. Do not send load that degrades the service for others.
We may suspend a key that does any of these. We tell you when we do and why.
Data
What we keep and what we do not is set out on the privacy page and the security page. We do not train on your data.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Our liability to you for anything arising from the service is capped at the credits you bought in the 12 months before the claim. Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
Changes
We post changes to these terms on this page with the date they take effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
